We have been so impressed with Platinum Hot Tubs! Being new to the hot tub world John was so helpful when we were choosing which tub to go for. His knowledge and advice put us at ease.We had to wait a little longer than expected due to the pandemic, however, John kept us updated all the way along and we had our tub installed in January.Not only is the tub FANTASTIC the after sales care has been second to none. Rob who helped with the installation gave us clear instructions and tips for keeping the tub in good condition and John has answered any queries we have had.If you are looking for a tub, head down to Platinum Hot Tubs, you won’t be disappointed 😀

We have had our South Seas 853 DL DX Spa installed just over a week now, and have to say this is one of the best investments we have ever made! From the moment I spoke to Adam at Platinum Hot Tubs on the phone with an initial enquiry, and then visiting the show room and spending time talking to John, who was fantastic, no pushy sales tactics (in fact he suggested we look around before making a decision), but we knew exactly what we wanted so decided to place our order there and then. There was a delay in delivery and although we hoped it would arrive around October, it was finally installed by Rob and Paul on 20th January - definately worth the wait! We cannot recommend the whole team highly enough, so professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful - always happy to answer any queries - no matter how small. I would definately advise anyone who plans to purchase a hot tub to talk to Platinum Hot Tubs!

What can I say about Platinum Tub's / Braintree / Essex ??They are the best company in the Hot Tub Market Sector in the UK.I first approached a gentleman called John Garwood (The Owner of Platinum Hot Tubs) - back in August 2020.John was very friendly, professional and helpful in my quest to purchase a Hot Tub for my garden.I was very impressed with John's knowledge and his technical advice in the hot tub choice selection that John could offer me and I didn't get this from other Hot Tub Suppliers, as I found the other sales people to be blatantly rude and just wanted a sale from you.John was so helpful and friendly, I purchased my hot tub with him.John came out to do a site survey a couple of weeks after to my house and just found the whole experience a complete breath of fresh air.There was some delay in the availability of my hot tub but John did explain this me before I purchased the tub from him.John called me every week to keep me updated with the delivery availability and I really appreciated the phone calls to keep me posted on the delivery availability.Once the hot tub was in, we arranged delivery and two of John's engineers came out to fit and install my hot tub.Rob and Paul are great guys and again are very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, these guys are a credit to John's business and are valued members of John's - "Dream Team"It may have helped with endless cups of Tea and Bacon Sandwiches, as Rob and Paul really helped me out and installed my hot in a very professional manner with a few laughs along the way too.The whole process from start to finish and dealing with John and his team was an absolute dream, stress free and effortless.After completion, John called me a week later to make sure everything was all good and me enjoying my hot tub experience and you just cannot fault the customer service and professionalism.John actually cares about his customers and is not just after taking peoples money.Thank you John - it has been an absolute pleasure and a memorable experience from yourself to deal with.John and Rob are always at the end of the phone, if you do have a query or issue too.This is what I call first class service.I would and will recommend Platinum Hot Tubs to everyone who I know and I have to give credit where credit is due.I cannot praise this business enough.I have worked in sales for many years now and people are very easy to give negative reviews but I just cannot fault John and his team.You will not be disappointed in dealing with Platinum Hot Tubs, as I mentioned from the start they are the best Hot Tub Supplier in the UK Market Place.Thank you again for your all help, support, guidance and assistance over the past weeks and I look forward to speaking to you all in the near future....Rob / Paul - Always welcome round for a Bacon Sarnie too - :-)Steve "Jacko" Jackson - :-)

We bought our hot tub in January prior to lock down - we were met by John who gave us ample time to look around the displays of hot tubs on offer & answered our questions about running costs (had heard they were pricey to run but actually ours is very reasonable (it's a 3 person hot tub). We agreed a date in April & the team complied with all Government rules etc. It was safely installed with no fuss. Everything was explained but I videod it anyway just in case I wanted to refer back at a later date. We were told any problems to just call which I have done just a couple of times purely for advice. Nothing seems too much trouble so it's not a case "well we have your money good bye" I feel confident that I can call & not worry I'm imposing etc.My wife uses the tub most days and never tires of it and each time she gets out she says how wonderful that was.The hot tubs are quality - I believe from America not the cheap imports available. You get what you pay for. They are very well insulated too which makes them cheaper to run.To conclude we are so glad we bought from Platinum Hot Tubs (Our neighbours recommended them as they have one too). We are so pleased we bought it and thoroughly recommend Platinum Hot Tubs.

Wonderful experience purchasing with platinum hot tubs, absolutely recommend.John was incredibly professional and easy to talk to about options, allowing us time to chose without feeling at all pressured to buy.We purchased an Artesian Elite Quail Ridge which is unbelievable!! The difference we’ve felt already after a only week is amazing.We had a few teething issues initially and the after care from John was superb. We reported an issue very late one evening and by 10am the following day Rob was found to fix the problem and had us back up and running. With such an expensive investment its fantastic to know you've bought from someone who’s after service is as top rate as his sales pitch.Thank you JohnJo & Alex

So impressed......John is simply marvellous. He does not hard sell you a hot tub, he's very knowledgeable and cares about his products. Having spoken to other suppliers in Chelmsford I felt confident to buy from Platinum Hot Tubs and have already told John I want to get another order in soon. We bought the Monaco for our holiday let business and and can't be happier. Aftersales and installation also excellent.

Amazing service from start to finish and to say we are happy with our hot tub would be a MASSIVE under statement! We were sat in it at 6am in the snow on Sunday morning totally amazed at how we could be outside in such cold temperatures but feel so warm and to lay there late at night and watch the sky and stars is awesome!!
