Air Source Heat Pumps use considerably less energy than conventional electric water heaters, by taking heat from the surrounding air and boosting it to a much higher temperature.

Air-to-water heat pumps can considerably reduce the energy usage of your hot tub or spa due to their high COP (Coefficient Of Performance).

If a unit has a COP of 12, this means that it is capable of producing 12KW of heat energy for every 1KW of electricity it consumes.

Due to some landscaping works delayed we’ve been dealing with John for over a year now. Talking with John has been less like talking to a salesman and much more like talking to a friend who is passionate about hot tubs and gives you honest advice. He has spent so much time with us and never felt like he was trying to upsell us. He even stored our hot tub for months for free!! We go to see him to buy our products and ask for advice rather than shop online just for the pleasure. He sold us our perfect hot tub for our situation. Pre-sales, Sales and After-Sales all excellent. Adam guided us through the features of all the different hot-tubs which met our criteria and we were able to sit in one (no water!) closely related to the one we chose. Sales and installation process both went well. About a month later, we noticed a very minor problem with one light (of many!) not coming on which Chris fixed and in the process identified a leak. James subsequently fixed this by tightening a joint which had probably come loose in transit. When buying a hot-tub, honest, caring, communicative and efficient people are highly recommended.

True Professional company with polite and friendly staff. A true reflection of a company should be based on if anything goes wrong…… John & Adam turned up to install a new tub for us and we’re devastated after labouring to get the tub into position, after unwrapping to discover the tub was the wrong design (nothing to do with them, they ordered the correct tub from the manufacturer) they told me it was wrong which I would of never of noticed and immediately organised replacement and install a week later, this would usually take at least a month, the team went above and beyond to resolve the issue and have been so helpful throughout even when im video calling them without warning to assure myself that ive got the base and electrical feed correct to location.
