Our brand new Chill Tub Lite just got delivered and installed by the great team at Platinum Hot Tubs. We were worried we were never going to get one through our house because the door frame was too narrow, but then we came up with the idea of trying to get it through the window and Adam put together a plan to make it happen! They arrived just at the time they said they would and they delivered the new tub smoothly and perfectly to its spot in our garden. The people at Platinum Hot Tubs are on top of what they do and know their business. They answer every question you have and work with you based on your needs and specifications. We brought a hot tub from Platinum Hot Tubs and the service and support we have had from this small business is outstanding. Recently we had to have a repair done and with the assistance of Matt and sourcing the part and communication has been brilliant. The engineer James who fixed the hot tub was so polite and done an amazing job especially as he fixed it in torrential rain and didnt moan once. I would just like to give a very special thank you to this amazing company and if you are looking for a hot tub I would defentately purchase one from here due to the aftercare service you receive. John and Adam from Platinum Hot Tube have been amazing. Our tub, Platinum Spa Infinity, totally exceeded our expectations. They advised us on all the requirements and guided us through the process from purchase, electrical requirements and installation. The delivery and install was seamless and efficient. Matt who did the install and setup also provided guidance on tub care and maintenance. Having moved fairly recently and finding myself with a Blue Whale hot tub in the garden that I had no idea how to use, I decided to see if I could find a company to help. After searching online I came across Platinum Hot Tubs and am delighted I did. From the initial advice I received from lovely Dani as to what kind of service would be best (Spring Service) for my needs to the actual service itself by the equally lovely Matt, I felt looked after. Matt did a thorough job, was happy to explain everything, answered all my questions patiently and gave me a lot of useful advice. I don’t usually write reviews but on this occasion I felt it was the right thing to do. Thank you Matt and Dani and everyone at Platinum Hot Tubs!

My first experience with platinum, hot tubs is absolutely outstanding, From the start with brilliant customer service , Friendly, help guidance and advice. On the day of appointment to conduct a service and Clean on my hot tub The above continued, the engineer who attended James was very professional, very knowledgeable, and on hand to answer any questions I had. Highly recommended, I can honestly say that platinum hot tubs have just gained a loyal long-term customer.

Fantastic service from Platinum Hot Tubs. Their customer service from start to finish was spot on. The guy came out and was with us all day, leaving the pool spotless, nothing missed from pipes to covers. Returned a couple of days later to commission and good to go for another year. We will 100% be using Platinum Hot Tubs for our next annual service. Great value for money.
